    De woon(zorg)visie schetst het woonbeleid van de gemeente. Het gaat dan onder meer om de kaders voor de prestatieafspraken met de woningcorporaties en huurdersorganisaties. In de woonvisie wordt ook de basis voor het woningbouwprogramma van de gemeente gelegd. Ooststellingwerf beschikt over een Woonvisie 2017 tot 2022. Deze visie loopt dus dit jaar af en vraagt om actualisatie. Op 30 maart 2021 wordt de gemeenteraad het besluit voorgelegd om
    De startnotitie woon(zorg)visie vast te stellen, waarin de kaders voor deze nieuwe woon(zorg)visie staan. Daarnaast wordt de raad gevraagd om €75.000 beschikbaar te stellen voor het opstellen van deze visie.

    Zorg te dragen voor een goed woonklimaat in Ooststellingwerf
    Daarvoor:
    1. in te stemmen met de startnotitie woon(zorg)visie Ooststellingwerf
    2. voor het opstellen van deze visie een budget van €75.000 beschikbaar te stellen via de nota reserves en voorzieningen bij de jaarrekening 2020

    Op 30 maart 2021 wordt de gemeenteraad het besluit voorgelegd om de locatie ’t Oost 60 in Oosterwolde aan te wijzen als geval waar de besluiten om de voorbereiding en bekendmaking van een bestemmingsplan en de omgevingsvergunning voor de bouw van 6 appartementen kan worden gecoördineerd, zoals bedoeld in artikel 3.30 van de Wet ruimtelijke ordening.

    Het tarief voor de toeristenbelasting 2021 is bij de behandeling van de begroting 2020 vastgesteld op € 1,40 per persoon per overnachting. Vanuit de sector en politiek is er in aanloop naar de begroting 2021 en de vaststelling van de verordening 2021 verzocht om een differentiatie van het tarief voor de toeristenbelasting op basis van verblijfsvorm.
