Tussen ’t Oost 18 en Prinsenstraat 13 in Oosterwolde ligt een openbaar pad. Een deel van dit pad is eigendom van de eigenaren van Prinsenstraat 11 en 13. De rest van het pad is eigendom van gemeente Ooststellingwerf. De aanwonenden ervaren overlast en een onveilige, onoverzichtelijke (verkeers)situatie als gevolg van het gebruik van het pad. Deze overlast is de aanleiding voor de aanwonenden om dit pad te willen afsluiten. Omdat het pad openbaar is, moet de raad een besluit nemen over het onttrekken aan de openbaarheid van het pad voordat het mag worden afgesloten.

De Kadernota 2024 geeft inzicht in het beleid en de activiteiten van het Recreatieschap Drenthe. Het dagelijks bestuur van het Recreatieschap Drenthe duidt daarmee de koers van 2024. De basis van de kadernota vormt de input van de begroting 2024.
Het Recreatieschap Drenthe is een gemeenschappelijke regeling. Het Dagelijks Bestuur van gemeenschappelijke regelingen dient op grond van de Wet op de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling voor 15 april de algemene financiële en beleidsmatige kaders (kadernota/kaderbrief) en de voorlopige jaarrekening aan de raden te sturen.Bijlagen

De verordening gemeentelijke onderscheidingen uit 1960 biedt niet de mogelijkheid om te benoemen tot het Ereburgerschap van de gemeente Ooststellingwerf. Dit willen we met deze verordening wel mogelijk maken. Het Ereburgerschap geeft de mogelijkheid om mensen, die zich op een zeer bijzondere manier verdienstelijk hebben gemaakt voor de Ooststellingwerfse samenleving, te waarderen. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om mensen te waarderen met een Erepenning.
