    Te besluiten om:
    1. De voorwaarden te scheppen om 520 woningen toe te voegen
    2. Bij nieuwbouw te sturen op specifieke woningtypen (onder andere woningen voor senioren en starters)
    3. De woningvoorraad, de woonomgeving en het zorgaanbod aan te laten sluiten bij de behoefte van inwoners met een zorg- of ondersteuningsvraag
    4. Een leefbare woonomgeving en een duurzame woningvoorraad als uitgangspunt te hanteren

    5. De nota van zienswijzen van de woon(zorg)visie vast te stellen

    Voorgesteld besluit

    Regels vast te stellen waarmee kleine windturbines tot 15 meter ashoogte kunnen worden toegestaan bij agrarische bedrijven, daarvoor:
    1. De Nota van zienswijzen bij het paraplubestemmingsplan windturbines Ooststellingwerf en de daarin opgenomen reactie op de ontvangen zienswijzen en ambtelijke aanpassingen vast te stellen;
    2. Het ontwerp ‘paraplubestemmingsplan windturbines Ooststellingwerf’ gewijzigd vast te stellen;
    3. De ‘partiële herziening beheersverordening windturbines Ooststellingwerf’ vast te stellen;
    4. Geen exploitatieplan op grond van artikel 6.12 van de Wet ruimtelijke ordening vast te stellen;
    5. Het landschappelijk kader zoals opgenomen in de bijlage bij het ‘paraplubestemmingsplan windturbines Ooststellingwerf’ en de ‘partiële herziening beheersverordening windturbines Ooststellingwerf’ als aanvulling op de welstandsnota vast te stellen.
