    In de collegevergadering van 29 juni 2021 heeft uw college besloten om een deel van de rijksbijdrage afkomstig uit de Regiodeal Zuidoost Friesland in te zetten voor het opstellen van een detailhandelsvisie. De in bijlage toegevoegde detailhandelsvisie Ooststellingwerf is daarmee ten uitvoer gebracht.


    Oosterwolde is één van de sterke regionale kernen binnen Zuidoost. De regionale kernen hebben een belangrijke voorzieningenfunctie voor de vele kleine dorpen in de regio. Deze voorzieningen staan zowel qua omvang als kwaliteit onder druk. Om de cohesie te vergroten en de voorzieningenfunctie van regionale kernen te behouden en te versterken is bijgaande detailhandelsvisie opgesteld.
