    De Nota grondprijzen stelt de prijzen vast die de gemeente hanteert bij de uitgifte van grond.

    Voorgesteld besluit

    1. De grondprijzen voor kavels voor woningbouw en industrie vast te stellen (zie bijlage 1)
        Waarbij de belangrijkste wijzigingen zijn:
    2. de kavelprijzen voor woningbouwkavels en kavels op bedrijventerreinen hetzelfde te laten (nota Grondprijzen 2021) en vanaf 2023 te indexeren
    3. de twee stimuleringsregelingen te laten vervallen
    4. (pilot)erfpacht voor woningbouw mogelijk te maken, inclusief de parameters
    5. Hiervoor de Nota Grondprijzen 2022-2026, inclusief de bijbehorende parameters, vast te stellen.

    Op 14 maart 2022 heeft de FUMO de ontwerpbegroting FUMO 2023 naar de deelnemers aan de Gemeenschappelijke Regeling van de FUMO opgestuurd en is er gelegenheid om eventueel een reactie op deze ontwerpbegroting te geven. In deze ontwerpbegroting is sprake van een geringe stijging van de bijdrage.
